A lot of you have enjoyed my cooking in the past, and I thought I will put a little cook book together with some of my favorite recipes. In this Chapter I have included four:

Chicken Paprikas (Paprikash)
Chicken Soup
Hungarian Gulyas (Goulash)
Bableves (Bean Soup)

The main and most important part is the right ingredient! Some of the larger grocery stores do carry the Hungarian paprika, however the smoked meets can only be purchased either from us here at the Lilly Pad or directly from our supplier, Bende and Sons.
